Born to James K Fazio and Cindy L Hoskins Fazio on Dec 6th 1978 in Danville Il. 
She was called home on May 20, 2022. Proceeded in death by her dad Jim, grandmother Lois Hoskins, great niece Ciylah LeeAnn and a few close friends.
She is survived by her mom Cindy, her Big Sis Faith (brother in law Jason) and her children, Rhiannon aka Roo The great white Roo Hoo little Debbie snack cake (Yaceys name for her), Ethan, and Seth. Her great niece Haelyn and great nephew Olivur. And then the best parts of her, her 2 boys whom she loved more than anything, Leath and Zachary. She is also survived by her grandpa James Hoskins, uncles Jerry, Mike and Jeff and Aunts, Marsha, Kittie and Cindy. She leaves behind several cousins including a special cousin Mike Hoskins, we were the 3 amigos as kids not a memory we can think of from childhood doesn't have us 3. She also leaves behind her 2 fur kids Tony and Ceasar.
Anyone that knew Yacey knew she was a handful and extravagant...we would like to say she wouldn't love the attention but we can't help but to laugh and agree she would be loving it! There isn't a room she couldn't walk into and not have the attention on her, and with that being said either you loved her or you hated her but I promise you at 1 time you loved her!
A special thanks to the McMasters family, Class of 97 and the Jordan family and to Brad Watson for making everything go smoothly and as easy as possible during this time.
Even though the tears fall and our hearts are broken we find peace in knowing that you are finally at peace and home with dad and grandma and dancing among the stars with a sweet faced Lil girl! Until we meet again forever in our hearts and our minds...
