Tammy Renae Morlan (O’Toole), 54, peacefully passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026. Tammy was born on August 8, 1971, to Clifford and Mary O’Toole, the youngest of 17 children. Tammy lived in many states and towns, but spent the majority of her life in Vermilion County, Illinois. Tammy was a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing in-home care for many people throughout her life. Tammy loved this career, and was beloved by all of her patients. Tammy loved cooking, painting, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Tammy was a three time cancer survivor, beating ovarian cancer and breast cancer twice.
Tammy was preceded in death by her parents, and her son, Darren Allen Whorrall Williams.
Tammy is survived by her long-time partner Lawrence “Todd” Morlan, of Tilton, Illinois; her son, Roberto Mendez Jr., of Tampa, Florida; her daughter, Angelina Fulfer (Jonathan), and her grandchildren, Sofia and Lincoln, of Covington, Indiana; her daughter, Salina Mendez-Hernandez, and her grandchildren, Siana, Carmelita, Vannelope, and Katalina, of Hoopeston, Illinois; her daughter, Layla Whorrall, and her grandchildren, James, Jasiah, and Jha’laeyah, of Nixa, Missouri; and many brothers and sisters.
Tammy will be laid to rest near her parents and her son, Darren, at Georgetown Cemetery, in Georgetown, Illinois.
