Shirley May Thomas, 73, of Tilton passed away on July 12, 2023 at home. Shirley was born on December 4, 1949 in Danville to Frank and Helen (Hughes) Rahm. She married the love of her life, Gary Thomas on December 8, 1967. He preceded her in death on June 2, 2011. She is survived by her children Ellen Thomas, Gary (Sara) Thomas II, Terry Mikel, John (Melissa) Mikel, Jim Mikel, Melissa Mikel, Gene Thomas, Tony Thomas, Nichole (Dereck Fussell) McLeod. She was preceded in death by a son William Joseph Thomas. She also survived by her siblings Kathy (Bill) Morgn, Judy (Joe) Ortiz, Donna Rahm, Phil Rahm, and Jim Burris. She had many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews that adored her. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her. Shirley is being cremated by Watson Cremation and Funeral Services. She will be interred at Sunset Mausoleum with her husband and son.
