Ruth T. Hartman, 72, of Collison IL, went to be with her Lord and Savior December 18th, 2021 with her daughters by her side.

Ruth was born August 30, 1949 in Springfield IL to Rogers and Arlene Troxell.

She will be greatly missed by her family. Daughters Jessica (Rick) Breitenfeldt, Kristin (Mitch) Allen, and Kate (Leon) Jess. Her grandchildren Cameron Ackerson, Colton Breitenfeldt, Kaitlyn Breitenfeldt, Lilly Jess, Khloe Jess, Brinley Allen and Steele Allen.

Ruth was preceded in death by her beloved husband Charlie Hartman, parents Rogers and Arlene Troxell, brother Robert Troxell, and grandson Cody Breitenfeldt. 

Ruth loved her family and horses deeply, but her greatest passion in life was her relationship with Jesus Christ, and the hope that all would come to know Him.

Services will be held Thursday December 30th 2021 at Homer New Life Church of Faith, 505 W. Crittenden St., Homer IL. Pastor C.W. Greer officiating. Visitation is 10-11:30 a.m, with a celebration of life service immediately following.
