Roxanne (Harris) Burton, 49, of Danville, Illinois, peacefully passed into eternal rest on July 7th 2024. She was born on July 21st, 1974, she was the cherished daughter of Herbert Harris and Candis (Hubler) Smith and the beloved wife of Chad Eric Burton, whom she married March 1st, 2024, after a long courtship. Roxanne was the loving mother of Jacob Harris, who is the center of her world. She is also survived by her brother John Harris. Roxanne graduated from Danville High School in 1992 and pursued a career that would include positions at Westvaco Envelope, ERH Enterprises, Black Bear Bar and Grill and O'brien's Corner  Tavern.

In her leisure time, Roxanne enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, gardening and taking care of her flowers. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.

Roxanne's warmth and kindness touched many lives and her loss will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
