Raymond Frank "Putsy" Edwards, 83, of Westville, passed peacefully on Thursday, March 28, 2024. Putsy was born at his home on December 14, 1940 in Belgium, IL. He married Tommie Jean Patrick on February 17, 1962. She survives. He leaves behind his daughter Teresa Rae (Barry) Gossar, grandson Jeremy (Nicole) Zaayer, and great-grandchildren Tinley & Aston. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Sophie Grezlak Edwards, his sisters Patricia Edwards and Delores Bratton, and brother Carl Edwards. Putsy retired in 2007 from Vermilion Regional Airport. He didn't miss an opportunity to watch Jeremy play sports, race, or derby. They also enjoyed restoring cars and attending car shows together. Putsy enjoyed spending time outdoors mushroom hunting, fishing, detailing his cars, and napping on the poarch swing. He was the most loving father and Papaw and will be missed dearly.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Alzheimer's Association or The Vermilion County Animal Shelter Foundation.
