Peter J. Comrie Jr., born November 02, 1956  in Danville, IL. passed away April 4, 2023. He was the son of

Peter J. Sr. & Betty (Wischer) Comrie. He was the 5th child of 10. He will missed by his siblings; Linda

(James) Ireland, James (Kathy) Comrie, Becky Larson, Theresa Krause, brother-in-law Myron Humphrey

Cody (Lisa) Comrie, Kelly (Marsha) Comrie, John (Jane) Comrie. He was Uncle Pete to many nieces and

nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Mary Beth Waterman and Sue Humphrey,

three special brothers-in-law, Dale Larson, Don Waterman and Vernon Krause and two nephews Carl

Comrie and Craig Humphrey. During Pete's lifetime he worked in landscaping, owned a neighborhood pub, and finished his career as a concrete laborer. He enjoyed gardening and cooking on the grill.

He will be remembered at an informal memorial gathering at the Davis Busby Catlin American Legion on

Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 10 a.m. He will be interred at a later date at Sunset Memorial Cemetery with his nephew Carl.

The family is very grateful to the staff at Arcadia Healthcare who took such wonderful care and made

Pete feel so special during the last years of his life.
