Marian Sophie (Zaltos) Schoenfeld 74, of Mahomet, Illinois passed away on July 26th, 2023 at 10:34am
Marian was born on May 15th 1949 to Benard Bel and Mary Zaltos in Chicago Illinois. She had one brother Edward Zaltouski, and two sisters Sandie (Harold) Augustyniak. Sue (Jim) White. Marian lived in or around the Chicagoland area the majority of her adult life until retirement.
Marian married Thomas Schoenfeld in 1967. Marian and Thomas went on to have four children, two sons , Late son Tommy (Barbara) Schoenfeld, Brian (Karen) Schoenfeld, two daughters Annette (Brian) Russell, Wendy (Doyle White) Pascual, 14 Grandchildren, Michael Brown, Matthew Schoenfeld, Nicolas Schoenfeld, Taylor (Mitchell) Grandt, Trinity (Robert) Gaines, Tyanna (Jarrett) Burno, Brenton Rhodes, Bryson (Jessica) Russell, Brandon Alford, Marissa Alford, Cirena Russell, Bryan Russell, Brittany Pascual, Ashley Pascual and 9 Great Grandchildren.
In 1995, Marian retired to Las Vegas where she spent her time, running an apartment complex, managing a daycare, bargain shopping, playing bingo, & crafting
Marian was preceded by both parents, her brother Ed, one son Tommy, and ex husband Thomas Schoenfeld
Memorial will be held at:
1:00 pm on Saturday August 5th, 2023 at Hersel’s Hideaway. 137 S Logan St, Danville, IL 61832
Family requests donations to In lieu of flowers, money can be donated to Cancer research or to her family for her final expenses
