Kandy (Miller) Betout of Georgetown, Il, passed away on August 29, 2024.  Kandy was born June 3, 1968 to Benjamin and Caroline Miller in Danville Illinois.  She graduated from Danville High School.  Kandy was married to  Richard Betout on October 1, 1993. He survives.  Other survives include Steve (Billie) Miller of Georgetown, IL, Benny (Sharon) Miller of  Indianola, IL, Allen Miller of Georgetown, IL Danny Miller of Hedrick, IN, Chad (Michelle) Miller of Hamilton, GA and several nieces and nephews along with several great nieces and nephews.  Kandy is preceded in death by both her parents,  her grandparents and her sister in law, Cindy.  Kandy was cremated with burial to follow at a later date at Georgetown Cemetery.  On Saturday, September 28, 2024, the family would like to invite friends and other family members to a Celebration of Life at Josephine’s in Georgetown, Illinois at 12pm.
