Dale Roger Williams

Dale R. Williams, 52, of Georgetown, IL., passed away at 3:20PM on September 20, 2021 at Carle Hospital in Urbana, IL., after a long battle with Covid 19. Dale was born on July 2nd, 1969 in Danville, Illinois, to Loyde and Geraldine Williams, the youngest of four children. Dale was married to Melissa (Souders) Williams in Danville, IL., and together they had five children. Those who will miss him include: his children, Justin (Megan) Souders of Springfield, Missouri, Kayla (Derek) Fox of Attica, IN., Kyla Miethe, Leah Williams & Hope Johnson all of Danville, IL. He left behind five beautiful grandchildren, Zeke, Samantha, Zayden, Hudson and Kyngstyn. Dale was proceeded in death by his parents Loyde and Geraldine Williams, mother in law Elsie Osborn and beloved sister Sherry Palomo. Dale enjoyed being around people and always brought a smile to people’s face with his wonderful sense of humor. Before

he got sick he loved working on cars and small engines. He loved going fishing and also going to Summer Sounds to listen to music. He enjoyed his friends and if his health permitted he would do anything for them. Due to the sudden death of Dale and Melissa with-in days of each other Dale will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
