Carolyn Joy Woodcock Pichon, 64, of Danville passed away at 4:30pm December 8, 2025 at Carle Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

She was born June 26, 1961, to Carline and Dorothy Clark Witcher in Scottsville, KY. She married Marshall Woodcock. He preceded her in death. They had one son, Daniel Woodcock. She later married Tom Pichon, he survives. 

Also surviving are her son, Daniel, and granddaughters Gwen and Penny of Omaha, NE. Her daughter-in-law, Tracy Mowery, and grandsons Hunter and Case of Danville. Grandson Kolten Trimble of Bartlesville,OK. Sisters, Vicki Stice and Joava Cherry of KY. Sister in law, Roseanne Petit of Treasure Island, FL and brother-in-law and sister-in-law Wayne and Barb Pichon of Anchorage, AK. Several nieces and nephews. Several close friends. 

Carolyn enjoyed farming with her husband, especially planting the beans and running the combine. Her favorite fall activity was taking kids for rides in the combine. She loved traveling and taking her blue heeler, Popcorn, for Gator rides. She loved spending time with her family. Perhaps her favorite thing in the whole world was being the best Memaw and spoiling her grandchildren. 

She was proceeded in death by her parents, several siblings, special brother-in-law, Roger Stice, a special nephew Chris Witcher and an extra angel, grandson, Dylan Marshall Woodcock. 

Per her wishes she was cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
