Carla Luciann Kohl, 56 of Georgetown IL passed away July 14th at her home. She was born February 26th, 1965 in Logansport, IN. She was the daughter of Marion Carlock and Nancy McGarritty. She was raised by Jerry Covington. Carla enjoyed camping and fishing as a child,as she got older, she collected antiques and she loved being outside planting flowers. She was always helping people which was why she became a caregiver till her health wouldn't allow too. She was married to Tommy Thompson and later to Tom Kohl who preceded her in death. Carla is survived by her son, Jeremy (Melissa) Carlock. Grandchildren Jarred Brown, Destiny Griffith and Jeremy Carlock. Carla always loved it when she saw her grandkids. Also surviving are a sister Maria Collins of Georgetown IL. Brothers Marion (Janis) Carlock of Danville IL, Harry (Darlene) Covington of W.Lebanon IN and Ron Clark of Georgetown IL. Also Carla has a extended family step mother Dottie Carlock of FL. sister Elisa (Leroy) Anderson. Brothers Clint (Amy) Aurelio of NH, Craig (Lisa) Carlock of FL and Trey (Jennifer) Carlock of KS She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and husband.
