Amy White, 57, of Ridge Farm, IL

Amy White, age 57, passed away peacefully at her home in Ridge Farm, Illinois, surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 1:19 a.m. Amy was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, maternal grandfather, aunt, and her mother.

Amy was born on May 29, 1968, in Danville, Illinois, to Richard Richardson and Kathy Duez. She carried her vibrant spirit and deep love for family throughout her life, always finding joy in the moments she shared with those closest to her.

Amy’s greatest joy came from being a mother and grandmother. She is survived by her beloved children Bailee (Travis) Mitchell, Dr. Cole Julick, and Sydnee Sexton; and by her cherished grandchildren Bentlee, Jaxon, Grayson, Emerlee, Lilee, Gwynevere, and Fynnegan. She also leaves behind her loving sisters Sandi (Sean) Doggett and Karen Murphy, her niece Sara, and nephews Hayden, Rece, Brandon, and Garett.

Amy's life was also enriched by her lifelong friend Sylvia (Chuck) Perkins and her close friend Bill Dick, who, along with her family, will miss her dearly.

Amy was the kind of grandmother who never missed a sporting event and always cheered the loudest. She loved thrifting, visiting casinos, and was an avid fan of the television show Survivor—a fitting tribute to her own enduring strength and resilience.

Amy's humor and unwavering devotion to her family will never be forgotten.

A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. EST at the American Legion Post 263 in Cayuga, Indiana at 922 West Ferry Street. Family and friends are invited to attend and share memories of a truly unforgettable woman.
